Keep track of the Quality Assurance in Connex!
It is now possible the create QA plans in projects, and project administrators can setup the plans according to specific standards and needs.
Users with access to the QA plans can see checkpoints and progress, export overviews and reports, as well as create registrations based on the setup of the plans.
QA plans are also available in Connex Mobile, where users can find relevant QA plans, see checkpoints and metadata as well as create registrations.
Attachments are exported in a .zip file
When you create a report with tasks or registrations that have files and photos attached, you can choose whether you want to include the attachments.
If you include attachments in your report, all images, files, etc. will be exported to a .zip file, where each registration/task has an assigned folder, so it’s easy for you to find the files.
Copy checklists from other projects
You can now copy a checklist from one project to another project. It makes it easy for you to reuse setups and save time.
With this feature, you can build a library of templates based on your company’s standards and quickly get started on new projects.

New features
Project administrators can now create QA plans in Connex. The plans can be setup for specific needs, access can be granted for user groups, and it’s also possible to download a QA plan overview.
Users with access to QA plans can see checkpoints and progress, print the overview, and create registrations based on the setup of the plans. This is also available in Connex Mobile, where users can find relevant QA plans, see checkpoints and metadata, as well as create registrations.
Other than that, users who download reports with registrations, can now also see if a checklist is associated with a QA plan.When users create reports with tasks or registrations, it is now also possible to include attached files, photos, etc. The attachments will be exported to a .zip file, where each registration/task has an assigned folder.
It is now possible to copy the setup of a checklist from one project to another project.
Improvements
When users use the search bar in the task overview, it is now also searching through the task descriptions.
New users who are invited to projects, now gets access immediately, and therefore no longer need to approve or reject invitations.
Due to bug fixes and new features in the BIM viewer, users have previously had to remove and re-upload their BIM models. A feature has been implemented so that users can instead convert their existing models again so that they do not have to be removed from the project.
When creating a custom workflow, it is now possible to deactivate standard fields. Only the task title field is mandatory and can not be removed.
Bug fixes
An error with viewing models in Connex Mobile, has been fixed.
An error where users couldn’t open PDF files in a project, has been fixed.
