How does your pricing work?

We charge based on the size of the project you are administering. This is a tiered scale in the line with the total estimated costs of the project. There are unlimited users allowed with this pricing model.


Where is the data stored/hosted?

Security is very high on our agenda. We store all our data in protected servers hosted by Microsoft Azure. We have selected Azure as it meets the highest standards of cloud based security available. Is my data safe and private?

Yes. We take security seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.


Can you integrate with any accounting or project management systems or other 3rd party applications?

Yes, you can use our open APIs to integrate to 3rd party applications.


Can I download reports?

Yes, we have a simple one click report generator that produces reports instantly.


Can I export to excel?

Yes, this is a standard function available at any time.


How often do you add more features?

We release a new version of the system several times yearly, which includes the new features that have been selected and deployed for all users.


Can I suggest special features?

Yes. We encourage you to suggest new features and our customer excellence team reviews all customer suggestions and prioritizes them for inclusion in our new version releases.


Can I tailor the system to what we want?

We provide a variety of implementation services to assist you with ensuring that the system meets your specific requirements. We have a range of options available depending on your situation.


What type of customer support is available?

Our Support Center is available for you 24/7. We also offer live customer support by phone, email or chat. Go to Support.


What happens if I need to add more users?

If you are on a project and need more than 10 users, you will need to upgrade.

If you are on a PRO project you have unlimited users, and can easily add new users to the system at any time.


What happens if I need to add more projects?

You can add all the projects you want for free with access to a lot of features. Pay only, when you are ready to scale and want more features. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.


Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.


What type of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept bank electronic payments transfers that are settled when paying for invoices.
