Copy and import communication channels

You can save time setting up communication channels by reusing the setup from an existing communication channel in your project - or a channel from another project you are a part of.

If you are a project administrator or owner, you can easily create a copy of a communication channel. When copying, you select which workflows, user groups and users you want to copy to the new channel.

Note that you must have rights as project administrator or owner on both the project you are copying from and to.

New features and improvements

  • Copying communication channels

    • As a project administrator or owner, you can now create copies of communication channels in a project. When copying, you select which Workflows, User Groups and Users you want to copy with.
      You can also copy channels from other projects on which you are a project administrator or owner.

  • The CVR number is now a unique identifier for an account, so in future it will not be possible to have multiple accounts with the same CVR number. NOTE: Accounts sharing the same CVR number may experience an error message when updating account details.

Bug fixes

  • Corrections to QA plans have been implemented

    • In QA reports, the name of a field has been changed from "Checklist" to "Control Subject".

    • Update of translations and naming of fields.

    • Alignment of data in columns so that it is aligned with the column header.

    • A challenge where a custom category was not reset when switching to "Default" has been fixed.

  • An issue where the user list did not appear immediately when searching for users has been fixed.

  • An issue where the 3-dot menu did not disappear after clicking on another menu has been fixed.

  • An issue with the upload/transfer of files from the publication and distribution space of an RIB Project, where the latest file version was not uploaded, has been fixed.
